I guess only the breakfast

It was close to the funeral home

First the elevator was broke then they put us in a room where it smell of wet carpet and the TV didn’t work or the phone I got a headache from the smell the moved us because I said I wouldn’t sleep she first said I’ll refund your money so you can go elsewhere then she got us another room she was rude at first after I told her this had nothing to do with us she changed her manners when we finally got a good room it was better then at 11:30 at night the maintenance man lets himself in were sleeping but here my door open it’s like what in the world he said wrong room why do you even allow yourself in that’s wrong in every level I was not happy with this stay at La Quinta and I have always used them

The breakfast was ok and the front desk person was amazing

Someone forgot to clean the room, although one would blame housekeeping, however, that still reflects on the hotel and its management staff

The location and the property amenities

I reserved my rooms from Sunday through Tuesday, but did not go until Monday and one of my rooms still wasn’t clean when I brought it to the attention of the employees. She said she couldn’t give a discount or anything because we didn’t cancel.

Clean and nice customer service was great

Elevator not working, stairs dirty

Staff was not helpful, elevator not working, stairs dirty

No desallune porque ya me levante 20 minutos antes determinar el tiempo no tenian ya cafe .

pues primero que nada nomas una persona trabajando asiendo todo el mostrador y lavando tuallas y pues no avia tuallas en el cuarto porque estavan todas susias y mas que todo no servia el elevador y yo operado de mi rodilla tuve que suvir escaleras asta el 3 piso.
