"Not a great hotel"

This hotel wasn’t clean our room looked like someone had stood on the beds and the sheets had some kind of stuff on the sheets not sure if it was from the shoes or something else but it was bad enough that my husband and I got there close to 11 at night the price was also super high even though the internet was giving us a cheaper price this is not a place I would stay again

"Exceptional"

My son and I went to a concert at Bon Secour wellness arena! It’s a straight shot and 7 minute drive!! I was there two years ago with my daughter also for a concert!! It’s not a five star hotel but clean, great prices and staff!!

"ATLEAST THE THE SHEETS LOOKED AMD SMELLED CLEAN"

THERE IS NO FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST BUT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!! They stated they do but I did not stay during this time! Through the week??? What the hell is a Monday morning??? Ohhhh only on a Saturday???? THEN TAKE YOUR FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST OFF YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS!!! Also this place is very misleading!! A extra $53 charge put a hold on my card on top of the price for the room for 3-5 days when other places preauthorize a charge and immediately put back on card when checking out. This place did not allow that!!

"Be Informed "

Beds was comfortable, lots of highway traffic and noise. Bathroom was terrible, tub dirty with stains, toilet paper holder broken , mold around tub caulking . We did not use tub . Not in the safest part of town and limited parking which shares drive thru from Taco Bell's

Overall, the breakfast advertised was cold cereal, coffee, yogurt. Second day, the elevator was out of service; only one elevator in the building. Also the toilet stopped flushing and I had to open it to make adjustments every time. Humidity level was higher than usual, the AC didn’t work very well. This is an older hotel that needs serious maintenance and renovation. The price was good, but I don’t recommend staying there as you will be disappointed. For me I’ll be staying elsewhere on my next visit.
