The welcoming my family and I received from Matt & Fernando at check-in time as we walked in the front door. It felt sincere the way both Fernando and Matt greeted my children. My kids always talk about these two great employees you have here at this specific hotel. My children are young but they have been taught to appreciate those who bear a smile when looking at them right in the eyes. I make sure to show my gratitude for these two awesome individuals Matt & Fernando by cooking them Giants Rib eye steaks Giant burgers and bringing them something from the stores while we're out shopping in Wisconsin dells. They deserve it for not being anything like the competing hotels in the area who could be quite nasty after working a normal shift, but not Matt & Fernando they've been working long double like shifts so there fellow employees can take their vacations with their families, while they pick up the huge responsibility of maintaining the appearance the up keep and Unique Quality second to none Customer service they provide to all who walk in and out your doors. My family and I have come to love the fact that we could stay anywhere else in the Dells, but wouldn't dare solely do to Matt & Fernando also being one of the biggest attractions on our list of what's more exciting to see, and do. That's the honest truth we never leave home the day we were scheduled to leave cause my family and I want to be in, and only at your Hotel why? cause we feel cared for looked after and well protected by Fernando, and Matt.

The community coffee pot was broken in the lobby so we made some in our hotel room every morning.
