Bluegreen Vacations Odyssey Dells Resort

It was nice, good location, clean room.

1st night loud upstairs noise. Christmas Mountain amenities included, no defined directions or map of where on site they are. Was told after trying to figure it out myself for mini golf, that it's confusing to explain, stop at their office and ask for a map. If part of the package that should be provided I think.

Overall was a nice time. Our room started off with wasp flying around out of no where but maintenance responded quickly to fix the issue. Was able to enjoy comfortably after that. Room that we got was really spacious and nice. Waterpark was interesting. Theme park was nice as well. Definitely will visit again.

The customer service is beyond amazing. From check in & beyond. Need something just call. Tons of extras and amenities. Our condo was clean and efficient. Had everything we needed. Comfortable relaxing. So many activities included. Already thinking of when I can come again

How close it was to the water park

The hotel concierge MARK, assumed we did not book at the blue green facility after explaining multiple times that we booked here. We had to show him the booking we placed for him to actually check and confirm that we booked there. He also assumed that we were from chicago when both driver’s licenses said, you guessed it, not chicago. Hotel room was not clean, dust everywhere and had a random shoe in one of the rooms. The room smelled funny when we first walked in.

The front desk staff were amazing:friendly and helpful. The room, however, did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The bathroom sinks had dust and hair all over the countertops ,and in the jet tub. There was also a sticky brown glob of something adhered to the bottom of the tub. Seeing that made me wonder about the cleanliness of everything else not so visible to the eye. There was also an issue with a piece of the floor trim sticking up in the kitchen area that left a painful scrape on the bottom of my foot. Luckily no cut though. All in all we had fun, but I wouldnt stay here again because basic hygiene is important to me!

Bed Sheets had red stains not knowing if it was blood stains.

We enjoyed our stay at Bluegreen Odyssey dells resort . The environment was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They were willing to help with our request.

Great accommodations for a family vacation. Large rooms that have two bedrooms, living area and a small kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. There is almost no need to go out to eat as kitchen is stocked with most cookware. It is within walking distance to the water park and easy to come and go between the two.

Amabilidad del personal ,todo limpio cuenta con lo necesario para sentirte en casa ,la ubicación cerca d todo ademas q te da pases para el parque acuático Mt Olympus q esta solo a unos pasos lo pasamos muy bien es mi segunda vez hospedandome ahi y lo volvería a hacer
