The location and the ambience. Just a nice place to relax. Almost in the country but close to Cessnock. A pub on site is easy for drinks and a meal.

Location, beauty of the grounds.

The air-conditioner unit from the adjoining room was located in the courtyard of our room and was quite loud when sitting out enjoying the space.

Location handy easy to get to ..

I think furniture needs updating . The place is dreary. I didn't feel it was safe the front door seemed weak.. Need better solid door with multiple locks . Maybe a brighter paint colour and carpet.
