B&B Relais Cascina al Campaccio

Very fresh cornetti, fresh from the baker. Everything there as needed, maybe more fresh fruit would be nice, but at end of season not to be expected. Very friendly & helpful host!

The Wifi did not work out - but OK, not needed anyway. The doors are jamming slightly, so closing & locking is a bit of a work-out. This could be improved.

This b&b was nicely decorated, very clean and staff was very pleasant. It was a bonus to have a sauna in the room.

Beautiful old villa, the owner was very kind and helpful, and when we couldn’t get a taxi early enough for our train he drove us to the station himself. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was lovely decorated and the staff was very friendly, even though they can hardly speak something different than Italian so I figured my complains would be hard for them to follow anyways,. especially as I was not asked how my night was.when I checked out.. Also very clean.

I only needed and wanted to stay for a night, so a big thing was a comfortable bed, unfortunately, but this was really horrible and caused me to have a bad night: it was a really soft mattress on top of just a chipboard and not a real slatted frame. I did not expect or acheck that upon arrival so I just found out when I went to bed at 1am... So this was my biggest issue here, even though the room has additional quirks that make it far from ideal: * the faucet was loose so when moving the water tap from sink to another I had the feel of being in danger that it would fall off * for the sinks the water would hardly empty in time * the light switch in the bath next to the lights is a bit loose * the water from the shower really runs low

It was a cute house and a very lovely nice host!

Had an old building smell, shower in my room barely worked, and water wasn’t warm enough. Breakfast cost extra but was absolutely not worth it.
