I really likes the comfy bad and clean bath tub. But the dryer didn't work..I was just too lazy to ask, but as their service was good I think they would bring new one for me.

It was good overall; an issue with plug points,..not in the right places. Oh,..and otherwise, their light switches are too techy and confusing, so they ended up not doing the room because there's a red light on the floor which means do not do room ! Who knew ! Probably worth explaining the system when guests check in. Otherwise great, and nice Kadak tea in the evenings !

"Conveniently located"

Would like to thanks the staff. Had an issue with the room and the team were genuinely concerned. The front office manager contacted me and addressed the issue as a matter of urgency. I would return as well as recommend this hotel

"Tranquility is here"

It was my second time in this property and it was amazing! Room service surprised me!! Club sandwich was delicious and they offer me green salad and I didn’t regret about that. Very comfortable bed, I slept so nice. Thanks for Reception team, check-in was really fast. Thanks again
