Excelente food a lot of golf beautiful country side

Pros: 1) The acommodations are very good, clean, seems new, large parking lot. 2) It is located at a walking distance from the center of Queretaro. 3) Breakfast is included and its good. 4) The personnel is good. Cons: 1) We were a large party, and booked 3 rooms. One of them was not ready; at 5:00pm we had to change it for another room. Otherwise we would have rated this hotel as perfect.

IT WAS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND RESTAURANTS

Great hotel,everything was ok, the room, the buffet food, the only thing is: far from downtown, if you don't go in car, but is not a problem because at one block you can take the bus.

Hotel was located in a good location. Staff spoke some English which I found very helpful. I found the breakfast better than other reviews had suggested. Hotel was very clean and staff went was determined to provide customer satisfaction. For the rate we paid we got very good value for our money.

Hotel was okay but there are better quality in the area for the price.

Good room, clean and basic.

Used only 1 night in a way to CDMX, Downtown is near although you may want take a taxi and save your energy to walk once you get there. The Hotel is located on a really busy main street (Constituyentes) which will get you almost anywhere in the city and still it is really quiet at the 4th floor. The pool is not that big but will do to have fun for a while. Make sure to go to near restaurants such as El Diavolo (italian) or Argentilia (steak house) located in the same hotel block, or just cross the street to visit Parilla Leonesa (mexican). Unfortunately for us the beds were really hard but that's personal preference, the rooms are clean and you have plenty of pillows, the breakfast buffet is not that big but you will get a decent meal to start your day. About three months ago we had to stay near the bus station (central camionera) at The ONE but Comfort Inn is twice better than the other one and cheaper.

Very tastefully-done small hotel with super-attentive staff, conveniently located in the historic downtown area. I highly recommend it .
