Its been great so far. Me and my kids love the room...free breakfast is great...

The rooms are horrible. The furniture is beat up, cracked up big holes in the wall by the sockets. The elevated do not work. The breakfast is awful. They say it’s supposed to be hot, but they only had cereal cold at that. Do not waste my money.

Staff was very nice and beds very comfortable.

There were no blankets on the bed , nothing but a sheet and a designer silk piece There were throw pillows used for bedroom pillows Plugs in lamps had shortages No one cleaned the rms during the stay , they said they come and clean the rm in three days if you stay more than one night , then she put up a sign from behind the counter stating this No one even brought clean towels and clothes to the rm until you came up to the counter to ask The wash clothes were slightly dirty , not clean Floors were not freshly mopped On the last day while I was getting ready to leave and was stepping out the shower some one walked in on me Staff barely spoke English The rms smelled like smoke They ran out of coffee in both coffee containers before breakfast was over The shower curtain was bent and broken so the shower curtain could not close

Easy highway access.

Elevator issues, one not working, the other doors open before leveling on floor. The room a/c extremely noisy while cooling. Smoke detector in room was covered with a plastic bag. Unfinished walls in the bathroom. Breakfast items scarce, not replenished as they were consumed.

Very lacking in cleanliness throughout the entire Hotel including hallway room and breakfast area. The room had an very old musty odor. I think bathtub would not stop up so you can feel the bathtub to soak. There was not enough pillows on the bed for two people. The bed was very Lumpy very old very uncomfortable and the temperature and linens on the bed smelled as if they had not been washed

Terrible experience all around. Horrible neighborhood. Another guest was robbed while we were there. Filthy rooms, old food stuck to surfaces. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were covered in stains. The only nice looking area was the lobby which was very deceiving. The whole place smelled terrible. Some areas smelled like illegal drugs were being used indoors. Booked an accessible room due to health condition and was put on the 2nd floor with no working elevator. Language barrier with staff. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and the staff was great. Not a big breakfast and the elevator was down. But other than that it was great.

I accidentally made a mistake with booking but it was quickly resolved, I couldnt be more pleased with the staff!
