Die Anlage ist super. Der Bungalow den wir hatten war sehr schön. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist super. Frühstück direkt am Strand.

Am kleinen 140cm Pool sollte man eine Treppe einbauen.

Stunningly beautiful

The bungalows are beautiful. The grounds are stunning with the beach on one side and mountains behind. Absolutely gorgeous.

This is a great place to enjoy Pemuteran and the beach. The biorock installations just in front of the hotel offer plenty of good snorkeling sessions, with corals and lots of fishes, just a few meters from the shore. We also did an excursion to Menjangan from the diving centre of the resort, and it was a total success. The swimming pool is very nice too. The restaurant and the bar are nice and on the Saturday night when we were there, there was an acoustic concert at the bar of an amazingly high quality. The whole staff is nice and helpful. The gardens of the resort are extremely pretty and very well tended. Finally, the rooms are nice.

The only downside is that on our first days we had a garden view suite, and it could have used a bit of renovation (there were blood stains on the mosquito net, the faucet in the bathroom was leaky and the toilet did not evacuate very efficiently). Then we extended our stay and moved to an ocean view suite, and this one was just perfect, extremely well decorated, very comfortable and very functional.

Hervorragend

It exceeded our expectation.... the garden is the most beautiful I have seen. The view on the mountains is gorgeous. Our baby had his best time running around safely, playing at the beach (cleanest in Bali), sailing on boats, interacting with the staff. We stayed at the Villa Santi which was perfect and then at the Family Suite. The villa is outside the resort, but it's a very quick walk and worth it as the pool and garden in the villa are beautiful. Spa is affordable and good. and the staff is nice.

Only thing that could be improved is the food at the restaurant. It lacks desserts. I think the menu should be reviewed and the experience would be a PERFECT one.

Garden. Breakfast, staff were friendly, good pool, massages and on the beach.

More vegetarian options please.

The mattress was as hard as concrete. Very uncomfortable...
