Outdoor hot tub and the sauna were nice. Very quiet.

Great staff, very sociable and helpful. Massage area is not very well located; lots of foot traffic next to the room which makes it tough to relax during your massage. Beds need to be changed, really not comfortable.

Very nice people , friendly atmosphere. The deep tissue massage was well worth it .

Overall a decent hotel, but the rooms are dated like it was 1995. We rented the signature suite and the room was clean and well kept. Fireplace did not work in our room and was broken. Grounds were also clean and tidy, but this entire establishment is in need of a facelift. A little pricey for this kind of hotel, but my better half was great company, so we had a fabulous time anyways. Thank you.

Belle chambre propre et confortable. Le système Neurospa était un plus... Les gens sont souriants. Belle grande baignoire dans la chambre en plus des nombreux spas extérieurs. Il est même possible d'en profiter jusqu'à 22:00, en passant par l'extérieur. L'eau des spas était un peu chaude pour moi, mais celle de la piscine intérieure parfaite! C'est une question de goût. L'ensemble est très propre. Beaucoup de possibilités pour un même prix. Petit détail, le stationnement en pente était glacé, la gravelle aidait, mais n'était pas suffisante. Merci!

We absolutely loved this property! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in giving advice about activities in the surrounding area. Our room had a fantastic view of the frozen lake, even on the first floor. There were plenty of hot tubs and spa facilities. We unfortunately weren’t able to use the sauna or steam room but they looked very clean and maintained. The only thing we were disappointed by was that the continental breakfast is only available on the weekends and we visited during the week. But that just gave us an opportunity to check out more of the little shops around town! I would absolutely stay here again and would suggest it to anyone planning to stay near Montreal. Great access to snowmobiling, snow tubing, and a great drive through safari park.
