Lokacija hotela super sa dobrim pogledom. Hrana all inclusive raznovrsna i iznad prosjeka doslovno svega ima.

Minusi su za najgori check in do sada koji je trajao skoro sat i pol. Razumijem da je bio praznim i guzve, ali onda se valjda organizira sa vise osoblja da napravi brzi check in, a ne da treba za red od 20 osoba toliko dugo. S obzirom da je 4 zvijezdice hotel valjalo bi poraditi na estetici same zgrade (zavrsni detalji) i promjeniti balkonska vrata jer konkretno u sobi u kojoj smo bili hrda probija na sve strane (nije u skladu sa doticne 4 zvijezdice). Takoder iako cijev koja upada u oko na plazi nije vjv. od kanalizacije nije ugodno vidjeti za oko jer ko zna mozda ipak sto je posto se ipak nalazimo na balkanu (malo ju zamaskirajte bar).

Hotel je na odlični lokaciji, tik ob morju in blizu centra mesta, kar je velik plus. Hrana je bila raznolika, okusna in je je bilo vedno dovolj. Osebje je zelo prijazno, ustrežljivo in pripravljeno pomagati. Zadovoljni smo bili tudi s sobami, saj so urejene, čiste in dobro opremljene. Celotna izkušnja v hotelu je bila zelo prijetna in zagotovo bi se še vrnili. 😊

Manj navdušen sem bil nad njihovim all inclusive barom. Bar s pijačo je postavljen precej odmaknjeno v kotiček hotela, daleč od udobnih miz in stolov, zato vzdušje ni najbolj sproščeno. Prav tako so natakarji pogosto dovolili samo eno pijačo na osebo, čeprav smo imeli vsi all inclusive zapestnice. Dobil sem občutek, da se hotel na precej prefinjen način trudi omejiti porabo pijače. Pri obrokih je bila velika gneča, kar je sicer razumljivo, saj je bil hotel poln. Problem pa je nastal zaradi pomanjkanja pribora in krožnikov. Zaposleni so se trudili situacijo sproti urejati, vendar je bilo zaradi tega čakanje še daljše in lahko precej moteče. Tudi za otroke je poskrbljeno bolj mimogrede in precej osnovno. Je pa res, da je bil šele začetek sezone, zato verjamem, da se lahko določene stvari skozi sezono še izboljšajo.
