The staff is really nice especially Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed They were really supportive and responsive on spot for any needs , resturant had a lot of variety and good taste It was one of the best I ever stayed in Sharm and inshallah will repeat it

Ormai il Mercato è la nostra seconda casa, andiamo spesso durante l’anno e come dice Kamal che ringraziamo sempre infinitamente , QUESTO HOTEL E’ IL VOSTRO HOTEL !! E queste sono le parole che rendono felice un ospite! Poi lasciare la stanza al pomeriggio, prendere un caffè in più! Restare ancora a rilassarsi nel lettino Queste cose non sono da tutti! E a Sharm c’è chi se ne frega! Grazie anche a tutta la direzione! E a tutti i Mohamed e maoamud Karim della struttura!

أقمت ليلتين في فندق ميركاتو شرم الشيخ وكانت تجربة رائعة تستحق التكرار بكل تأكيد. أود أن أتقدم بالشكر الخاص للأستاذ محمود في قسم الاستقبال، فهو شخص محترم للغاية، متعاون، خدوم، ويحرص على مساعدة النزلاء بكل احترافية وابتسامة دائمة، وكان له دور كبير في جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة. كما أتوجه بالشكر للأستاذ إسلام من فريق المطعم على حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالنزلاء وتقديم خدمة مميزة طوال فترة الإقامة. بشكل عام، جميع العاملين في الفندق كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين ويحرصون على تقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة، مما خلق أجواء مريحة وممتعة طوال الإقامة. فندق جميل، طاقم عمل متميز، وتجربة رائعة أنصح بها، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى.

"Good location, nice public spaces but rooms a bit tired."

Good location for our needs. The main reception area, dining area and pool areas are all very well maintained. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was good (especially the A’La Carte meal included in the booking).

Rooms and particularly the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of an update. The bathroom did smell a bit of stagnant water. The extended checkout was quite extensive but necessary for us as we had a very late flight.
