"Good value for money and great location for a family stay"

Great location for the illuminations with the kids. Nice in the general house areas. Easy access with key code.

It was cold in the room and the heating only came on for about ten minutes, beds weren’t particularly comfortable

The room was nice and clean

It said there was a bar,a sitting room for tea/coffee and you could book breakfast but there was none of them at all,so we felt like it was false advertisement.

"brief, adequate for what was needed, would not recommend to friends unless necessary"

There was no breakfast, location was good

There was no personal touch, no friendly landlord/landlady to meet you dirty knickers under the bed from previous occupant
