"Lovely, great location for where I needed to be and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!"

The room was just what I needed. Sian was very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was amazing, cereals and full English available, with plenty of toast and coffee.

"A Fantastic Place to Stay"

The location of Avonlea a few minutes from Banbury town centre and it's many eateries is a big plus. Having an off road car park is a big bonus and when parking gets a bit tight ,our host Sian becomes a parking attendant. Sian herself could not be faulted for her professionalism and friendliness, our room was excellent as was breakfast the next day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Avonlea when visiting Banbury.

"Lovely B&B, not too far from the M40. Would stay again."

Lovely room with really comfy beds. Very clean B&B. Didn't have the full breakfast, but other guests breakfast looked lovely. The landlady Sian was very friendly and helpful.

"Perfect for a short stay."

Very clean room and bathroom, delicious breakfast.. Very close to town center, where we found a really good Italian restaurant.

A bit noisy in the morning, as it is on a main road (comfortably to sleep with closed windows, but not with them open)

The room was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

Very little to complain about. If you are a light sleeper you might prefer a room at the rear as there is some road noise.
