Nice lodge with great nature view. The room had a van which was good since the nights were still hot. We did a night walk which was offered upon arrival. The service at the restaurant was exceptional. It was amazing to see two tapirs. It was fun to do the aerial tram - unfortunately that was with over USD 50 per person pretty expensive.

Great place to explore the jungle and forest just outside Braulillo NP. Friendly, knowledgeable guides with good English. Resident sloth outside the dining area and tapirs which come out at night. Not much in the way of food or drink, but we’ll enough.

Ok first the good: the location being in the middle of the jungle and on a ecological reserve is awesome. The jungle is amazing and it’s so fun to see all the cool wildlife. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The bad: this was advertised as a nice, clean, quiet space and it was none of that. The lodge is right off of the main highway so you can hear big rigs breaking all night long! The room is adjoined to another room (unless you get the suite) so you are sharing a porch and windows with other guests! This means any sound they make, you can hear it and it interrupts the ambiance of the jungle noise! Plus when they smoked cigarettes on the porch the smoke went straight into our room. I am angry at all of this because it was $110 USD and only worth about $35 per night. Very disappointing.

Amazing place just off the main road but feels like being deep in the jungle. Bed and apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. They need two sets of pillows - one high and one low. The pillows were too high for my neck for a comfortable sleep. Apart from this the stay was perfect.

Lo que menos me gustó es que apenas se ve la señalizacion del hotel si vienes de San José de noche. Todo lo demás fue positivo, el guía fue excelente (Marilyn), hicimos un tour nocturno en el que disfrutamos mucho junto a él. Las instalaciones cuentan con un teleférico, mariposario, canoping.. Tuvimos la suerte de ser los únicos turistas alojados y tener las instalaciones a nuestra disposición.

Un servicio excepcional. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveríamos.

The property is very unique. Being in the rain forest allows you to connect with nature.
