Résidence-Hotel Le Quinze Grand Place Brussels

Location is outstanding in terms of walking distance for eating and browsing. We were fortunate to have a room with an excellent view of the square itself. The small little sitting table w/ chairs in an unique location.

Best to pack light as there are about 5-6 steps leading to the front door. No ramp or anyone to assist. Elevator are very tiny. While our room location was wonderful, the floors throughout creaks, bed not that comfortable, and there is a permanent step ladder leading to the sitting table that will stub your toe(s) if one is not careful. The TV remote in our room nonfunctional due to possible dead battery. Notified front desk and was “asked” to bring remote to him to replace batteries due to his inability to move around freely. Hotel has a cleaning person that can perform this task. For the price, on a per night basis, one can do much better in the immediate area, which is too bad.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our view looked directly onto the square and took our breath away. The hotel was in need of an update but rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He even helped bring our luggage to the train station. He earns the employee of the year award! Breakfast was included and was across the square. It was very good and the waiters were very kind.

It could use an update but that was overlooked by the amazing location!

The location of the hotel is perfect. A short walk from Gare Central and right in Grand Place. It was perfect location for sightseeing. Room had everything you needed.

Hotel does not have its name shown anywhere on the front. Hence hard to locate. Breakfast has no gluten-free option
