The location is great ! But this kafkai experiance we had there makes it one of the worst hotels. We've booked a room with one twin and 2 single beds. On the second day we returned from a hike to find the twin bed was taken out and replaced with a single bed. The people at the reception didn't offer an explanation just a wide eye stare. It took time and a lot of nerves to get a bed for the 4th person in our party. Next, the laundry we gave that morning came back with half of someone's elses laundry. Where was ours? We still don't know. Again, no help from the front desk. To end that day we had no hot water at all and when we asked them to put lauggage in safe keeping for 2 days it was a problem. So we took everything to the next hotel at 23:00, came back and slept the few hours till our pick up for the trek. Breakfast was very basic as well. Too expensive for this service. It's a three star hotel with 1 star service.

Great Hotel really near to all of Cusco main sites like Plaza de Armas San Francisco etc, because of its excellent location we don´t lose time and give us more time to know more and easily the city. The Hotel room was great and have all of what we expected as well as the buffet breakfast, also the Hotel staff was really helpful and available .I strongly recommend it!

I was really ill in Cusco I needed comfort and a good price, this hotel was perfect it was cosy and there was a heater, breakfast was nice and staff are lovely. I am a backpacker so I mix hostels with hotels, this was just the home comfort I needed.

They did not give me a room . They said it’s hotels.com fault. I have it in writing from them. It’ was weather and had to struggle for 2-3 hours as your customer care when contacted were not of help . Your customer care number promised to get back in 4 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to call again hotels.com but automated machine informed me that your services are closed. The weather in Cusco was very bad and with all luggage I had to struggle for few hours before a local agency found a room in a very expensive hotel. Your this performance gave a lot of mental, physical and monatory torture

Excelente. Check in e out extremamente eficiente. Equipe do hotel muito solícita. Localização ótima. O único problema é q o hotel tem três andares com escadas imensas, sem elevador

Um bom lugar para ficar com ótima localização em relação a praça central. Café da manhã satisfatório, cama Boa e chuveiro regular com grande oscilação de água quente e fria. Quartos limpos com cama Boa. Hotel precisando de reforma. Mas no geral recomendo.

We were allocated this hotel by our tour company and stayed for two separate stints (before and after our visit to Machu Picchu). We’re a family of 4, so experienced four different rooms, and all four had issues. We could endure the cold hotel, basic breakfast, 1 cm draft gap around the bathroom window, use of temporary heaters to provide bearable warmth, but when faced with non flushing toilets and death trap electrics we drew the line and moved hotels. One room had an exposed live plug socket, our children’s room had a burnt out hair dryer that may/may not have been live. The temporary metal radiator room heaters had 3 core cabling, yet the plugs used didn’t include an earth, in fact the plug on the heater in the children’s room had been butchered with the earth pin removed. Any fault and you would become the electric route to earth! Our ‘new’ Cusco hotel is a 15 minute walk away but is the same price. It is 100 times better quality. The walk to the centre takes in some lovely side street cafes and charming souvenir shops. Don’t be tempted by convenience and location!!! Stay elsewhere, stay anywhere else in fact and you won’t regret it.
