Emperador Plaza

アルマス広場からすぐですので、大変便利です。日中フロントデスクにいる女性は英語も上手です。夜勤の男性は英語は苦手ですが、こちらの言っている事は理解しているようで、頑張ってくれます。

Muy agradable

We stayed at this hotel for one night. ++Positive: Close to the main plaza. Breakfast is good. Rooms are large and clean. --Negative: Had asked for a room with a double bed, and was given a room with 3 single beds. According to the staff, there is a heater in each room, my room did not have a one. When I went down to ask about it, they told me to check again because it was hidden in a corner; it was never found. The sink in the bathroom had a leak.

First thing, this is not a 3 star hotel. It is closer to a 1.5, maybe a 2 star hotel. It can get very cool in Cusco. There is a space heater in the room that heats a 1-2 sqare foot area around the heater; however, the beds do have heavy blankets. Not a bad hotel, but not the best either.

They want you OUT of the room by 9am in the morning. We tried to get late checkout but they seemed to think it was odd. Breakfast runs until 10am, but heaven forbid you stay in the room too long, or need to get back for a WC break. Nice location, loud traffic noise.
