Leider keine persönlichen Ansprechpartner anwesend. Das konnte ich bei der Buchung so nicht direkt erkennen, das es größtenteils Self-Check-In ist. Hatten große Probleme beim Einchecken, da mit der Buchung etwas schief gelaufen war am Rezeptions -Pad. Telefonisch wurde uns zwar immer wieder sehr nett weitergeholfen, aber es war jedes Mal jemand anderes am Telefon, da wir öfter anrufen mussten. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, starker Renovierungsstau.
