The staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and they allowed us early check in when we arrived on a super early flight which was so much appreciated! The rooms are really lovely - plenty of space, and well decorated. Heating worked well and the shower was good - hot water with good pressure which isn't always the case! Breakfast basic but good. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron con las excursiones y nos permitieron hacer el check in antes de la hora fijada porque llegamos antes a la ciudad. La ubicación inmejorable, literalmente al lado de la plaza de armas. Habitación cómoda y limpia. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Un 10, repetiríamos sin duda.

Se llevaron el agua que teníamos en la pieza, mucha bulla en los pasillos en las mañanas

the location is excellent, close to everything. The apartment is good. However, the furniture is too big, which makes the living room congested. It is a waste of space.

The apartment is on the third floor, which makes pulling the luggage up and down a hard work. But the reception lady is helpful , and we can leave our luggage while we are away on tour.
