La ubicación

1) se necesita tarjeta para el ascensor falla mucho y tienes que esperar al recepcionista para que te ayude, tanta tecnologia no es necesaria. 2) las camaras de piso muy escandalosas no se puede dormir 3) el desayuno hay tres personas para reponer y tienes que decirles que falta en el buffet, mal coordinadas y eso que el comedor es pequeño. 4) Muy costoso para el servicio

Las instalaciones renovadas han mejorado mucho la comodidad de la estadía. La ubicación es muy privilegiada y el personal de servicio es muy amable y atento.

Podría mejorarse la calidad de las almohadas para dormir mejor.

"Nunca más visitaría ese lugar y no lo recomendaría"

Solo la ubicación, de entrada la persona que nos recibe, era mal genio, no amable. Almendra su nombre lo digo porque me llevó una muy mala atención de ella. Hasta el último segundo nos incomodo...

La recepcionista, que no apagaran la luz del pasillo en las noches. Que el ascensor era de esos antiguos lento, que terminamos usando las escaleras, la puerta del baño estaba hinchada por lo tanto no cerraba, el control de la tele sin pilas, mejor no sigo a me falta algo el desayuno nada dulce....
