"Mala atencion, mal desayuno, olor a cigarro en las habitaciones, buena ubicación"

La ubicación es muy buena

Arrende en el hotel y me trasladaron por sobrecupo a un departamento de al frente, que no tenía conexión directa con el hotel, el departamento era heladisimo, no tenia frazadas, no tenia calefacción en los lugares comunes solo en las habitaciones, donde era fuera del hotel no se podia llamar a recepción cuando nos hicieron falta estufas y frazadas tuvimos que salir a pedir en un dia exepcionalmente muy helado. El personal intento ayudarnos pero hicieron una llamada a la jefa de recepción por altavoz y ella menciono “y por eso estan llorando?” Cuando le mencionamos que estabamos muy helados con un adulto mayor de 85 años, realizaremos denuncia a SERNAC definitivamente porque no recibimos lo que pagamos y la atencion fue pesima. El desayuno ademas es bien pobre

La ubicación, aun que esta justo al lado de los bar tiene relativamente buena aislacion del exterior, no así del interior que se escucha demasiado los ruidos de pasillo y de los cuartos laterales y superiores

El desayuno es pobre en variedad, el cafe es insípido, los huevos aguados y sin sabor, y la señora que recibe tiene poca amabilidad.
