Check-in at the Résidence Castel Club Leysin Parc, Route de Collonges 1854 Leysin, 1.2 mi from the property. This is available from Mondays to Saturday between 08:30 and 12:00 and also between 15:00 and 18:30. Check-out is available until 17:00 on Sundays. Please note that the city tax has to be paid at the reception of Castel Club Leysin Parc during your stay. If you do not pay the city tax in cash, it will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. Please note that the same credit card used for the reservation has to be presented upon check-in. Please note that the extra charge for pets is CHF 12 per night per animal Please note that each apartment has its own boiler, and so hot water is limited. Please note that the city tax is mandatory for all guests starting from 6 years and up and will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid.

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

it was well located. There was space for the car. We had good views. The balcony was quite exceptional. The mattresses were comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was a lift. The kitchen utensils were plenty. It was quiet at night.

We had a gas cooker, but they were no matches and no later. When I called the reception, they blamed us for not having a lighter or matches. However, I made it clear to the person of the Réception that they were responsible for providing something to light the gas cooker. Also, we had a problem with the Internet connection. It seemed that where we were the connection was poor. So we had to rely on our 4G Internet connection. When I called the reception to complain that tried to come up with some phoney justification regarding the thickness of the walls that prevent The signal from passing from one place to another.
