The hoten was clean, great restaurant, great food, staff was very friendly.

I had issues with TV, unableb to conect to you tube. Staff try twice without success. Room 410, hotel has restriccion bringing the beach tower to the beach. Unable to enjoy the beach due to this issue.

service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the dining room staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, the pool was clean as was the complete complex. rooms are spacious and cleaning standards are high. For an Atacames stay I would recommend 100%.
