All of their email went into Spam. So when we started the trip we did not have a Hotel. So we asked if they would not charge us and Booking and the Hotel did not care and charged us as a No Show.. Not good business. I go to Italy 9 times a Year and stay in a lot of hotels. But never in this one again.

Ok, bez zarzutu

Niestety, jak w wielu hotelach we Włoszech brak automatu do kawy. Trzeba czekać na kelnera. To jest eleganckie, ale niewygodne.
