InterContinental Wuxi by IHG

I booked because of the 9/10 rating which I think probably 2-5 / 10 is not appropriate. The room layout is awkward, furniture is dated and broken. Location is not quite nice neither. Don’t not recommend to stay there.

The staff is not well versed in English. The concierge was a trainee and didn’t have any restaurant recommendations. The front desk for the majority not helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean

ok...but your elevator is terrible...need to wait for so long :-(, then it will stop in every floor.

people are nice but unable to communicate properly? I tried to leave a package for your guests so we went to Concierge BUT concierge asked us to go reception? Then reception ask us to go Concierge again :-( Confusing? I ask for nearest shopping malls? or department store but no one can understand or translate for me :-( The heater in the room cannot be adjusted. so i turn it off during my stay. I felt that its too warm. that i felt it's too dry inside my room.

Very luxury, big and extra ordinary hotel. Very big room.

Mon séjour a été convenable. Bien que la moquette n'était pas très propre dans la chambre t m'a causé beaucoup d'allergie. la peinture des murs était assez défraîchie et les murs tâchés rendant un aspect sale. Le lit côté droit n'éait pas confortable vu que le matelas avait cédé. Pas de petit déjeuner sans gluten mais le/la chef de cuisine me cuisinait parfois du riz sauté et me donner des charcuteries sans gluten ou du saumon fumé. je le remercie. le reste de l'hôtel est très joli.
