Location. Cleaning staff and, the Indian guy at that counter went above and beyond to service us.

Room 304 had no soap in the bathroom. The dispenser was broken so, we had to shower with shampoo.

The staff was very friendly.

The bed was squeaky and loud anytime you move. The room was clean but all the furniture was banged up, scratched and dented and dated. The chair in our room had stains all over it to the pint I didn’t want to sit in it. The paint was all chipped and peeling and the light switches were yellow and dingy. It’s a long walk down the hall to rooms with only one entry point. The pictures look much nicer than it is. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were in blocks with no flavor, there was no water or any other healthy choice besides an apple. Breakfast was paper plates and plastic ware. The area has only a Bob Evans, Hardee’s and subway to walk too. A lot of broken glass in the parking lot. Overall, all I liked was pet friendly and the staff were nice. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend. Also charged my card three different times, once for the room, once for the pet fee and once for what I am told is a refundable $100 deposit…let’s hope so!

Clerk at check-in rude and difficult to understand. Very limited breakfast, saw no one updating selections. Keys did not work all the time.
