"Very Disappointed!"

getting our room and upgraded because of over booking,

upon getting to our room it hardly looked like an upgrade, the room was outdated, furniture smelled musty and most of it was broken, tv was set up very strange meaning the remote buttons did not work in the way they were intended too. like pressing the button "7" changed the channel off and on was "8" an so on. went to the restroom and there were no rags and only 1 towel mind you there was 4 of us and I booked for just that. Also there was a mirror installed right near the faucet inside of the shower, so basically mid body view which was way concerning to me as I am a single mother 4 girls, 3 of which were traveling with me on that weekend.

It is in a great location. Nice quiet affordable hotel. Bumble berry Restaurant is excellent. Plenty of activities and other hotels in walking distance . Clean pool , I love staying at the Pioneer.

"Glad it’s for only one night"

Nothing special

The receptionist wasn’t around when we came to check in although she knew I was coming back with cc. Who leaves only one receptionist at a hotel. She gave us rooms that weren’t ready - it was after 6:00 pm. There are no facilities in the room… not even a kettle to heat water so we can bring our own coffee and milk…. But there’s no fridge either. Thankfully she was able to get a fridge for the room with a baby…. But no crib for baby…. Not fun…
