Gostaria de ter tido uma garrafa de água no quarto, à chegada. Na casa de banho do quarto, faz falta uma pega no duche, para eventual apoio; falta também um pequeno cabide, para pendurar as toalhas de banho, após utilização

Da limpeza,do pequeno almoço , das instalações de um modo geral e da senhora da recepção que nos recebeu.

Exceptuando a senhora que nos recebeu na recepção, em geral, os funcionários precisam de mostrar mais empatia para com.os hóspedes. Falta também um minifrigorifico.
