Location, 10 minute walk to Windermere shops and cafes etc, parking in street for car and price

Beds weren’t comfortable, no safe, fridge in room, needed fan on to circulate air as stuffy and musty smell

Great location, lovely room, one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in!

Fantastic location, very close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and to the lake. Easy check-in, very comfortable room. Great base to stay for a couple of nights if you want to make day trips around the lake. Will book in again.

The property was very clean and in an excellent location. Steve the owner was friendly and nothing was a problem. There was refreshments in the room which was a lovely gesture.

Very tidy and cosy place to stay

A cosy room, good location to see the area, lots of information available about the area/what to eat/where to go. It gets warm in the room but there is a fan so that helped. We also closed the curtains during the day to block out the sun but unfortunately they were opened again by housekeeping.

The matras was very soft and sagging. There was very weak wifi signal in our room (top floor). For the price that we paid we expected more, especially because of the high ratings.
