"Close to railway station and shops etc."

8.0

Despite the stairs up to the entrance the guest house was comfortable & welcoming we arrived by train and had just a short walk to the guest house. We were close to restaurants and shops, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful making our stay very pleasant.

"Perfect position overlooking the harbour"

8.0

Loved Looe and this hotel was right in the centre of everything. We could easily walk anywhere in town from the hotel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Friendly afternoon bar on the front deck, really nice breakfast. For our first three night we were in a large room - with a small ensuite , but were moved to a tiny twin room, room no 1, for our final night. Unless you are travelling on your own ask not to be put in this room. Would recommend this guesthouse.

"Excellent"

8.0

The place is very centrally located and parking is close by. Taxi rank is right in front of property which was not so great on a Friday night with drunken noise at about 1am putting paid to a good nights sleep. Apart from that I could not fault the property with excellent breakfast.

"Wonderful stay at the Bridgeside guest house"

10.0

I had a wonderful stay at the Bridgeside Guest house. Sammy, the host was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Called the bus company to get the bus details for a trip to Padstow. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order and served hot! A real treat every morning. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour, private bathroom, cable tv, lots of coffee and tea and lovely biscuits! thanks Sammy for a lovely 5 day stay at your guest house. Highly recommended!

"Midweek in Looe"

8.0

Not a bad hotel, single room was small but adequate. The facilities however were not in the room but down the hall so not really own facilities. View from the window a real plus however and hotel had a nice bar and breakfast room; breakfast was very good.
