There was a towel rail in the bathroom but it wasn't connected up to work it was just a towel rail. So the bathroom was freezing.

"A superb spot in a delightful area of rural Warwickshire."

Very friendly and efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and interesting bar area with a wide range of wines, spirits and hand pump beers. Food was exquisite, in fact I'd go as far as to say it was divine, my Sunday roast was prpbably the best I've ever had. Expeptional quality fixtures and fittings. Lots of safe, off-road car parking. Very quiet rooms with superbly comfortable beds.

Sadly booking.com had not communicated with the pub regarding our arrival. They had accepted our booking and charged my card but had not let the pub know we'd be there. Luckily there were rooms available. Probably best to phone the pub to check the booking in advance of arrival to avoid disappointment.
