The Heritage Bed and Breakfast

Tout était parfait! Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses, bien agencées et décorées avec goût. Des petites attentions appréciables ( café, thé, biscuits..). De plus notre hôte, très serviable et sympathique nous a indiqué quelques adresses de restaurant. Un petit déjeuner personnalisé et « fait maison ». Exceptionnel!!

Clean and comfortable establishment. We had a view over the pretty garden. Good selection of tea/coffee in the room including a coffee machine/pods, fresh milk in the mini fridge and bottled water. Great pub right next door serving lovely meals and an amazing mid week carvery. Great staff too. Free parking on site The White Company products in the bathroom which were lovely. Good breakfast which should be pre ordered every evening even if you are having the same each time. It is all served to your table, not buffet style.

Our duvet cover did have a few holes in it, but obviously didn't spoil our 2 nights stay. Other than that all was really good value for money, infact, you could probably charge more!

Simon was welcoming, took my case up to the room and showed us round. Room was very spacious and luxurious. Historic property which had recently been renovated to a high standard. Sufficent parking in front of the property

The location was ideal for us accessing the Thomas Hardy Way and busstops were very close so we could bus back or to destination. Breakfast was freshlycooked and tasty . Lots of hot water sohad a lovely bath after a full days walking. Pub next door did a good midweek carvery
