Listed as food served until 6pm Sunday but not available at 5pm. Bar listed as closing at 10pm Sunday but told to leave at 9pm because it was stated to be empty, we had been joined by two friends also residents when we stated the bar was not empty as the four of us were still there the response was as good as "so what?"

Amazing breakfast, cooked to perfection!

We enjoyed our stay at the Jolly Drover. The staff was friendly and the restaurant's meals were better than the ones we'd had in London!. We appreciated the hot breakfast each morning. This is a a pub hotel, so don't expect extras like shampoo and tissues. What they do offer is a great value!

Fantastic meal at The Jolly Drover. Chicken Souvlaki with Greek salad was delicious, authentic Greek flavours and plenty of it. Lamb Kleftiko was great, succulent lamb perfectly cooked. Great service from friendly staff - a very enjoyable evening.

Been to this pub a few times before, did the pub quiz last Sunday was great fun! Jenny was an amazing host! Shame we didn’t win :( The Naughty Corner x

Meal & breakfast excellent

Being told the bar bar remained open until 10pm then being told to leave at 9pm as the bar was empty. We were four in number, two couples - hardly the correct way to treat residents

Helpful staff, cosy bar, nice breakfast, and roast lunch. Complementary teas, coffee, drinking chocolate, and biscuits. Very welcome. Comfortable beds. Good powerful shower with plenty of hot water.

Bathroom taps leaked, and the bathroom was cold. Limited TV programmes as Internet signal was weak.
