"All in all a good stay at a lovely location."

We arrived much later than planned due to traffic - our 4 hour journey turned into 6 hours. The staff member had just taken our key to the pub next door for collection but went back to get it for us and show us in when I am sure she would have rather gone home. Really appreciated this.

One of the single beds was very squeaky when you moved which did disturb our sleep a little.

"Lovely stay, would recommend"

Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending. Rooms were comfortable and nice. The rate was very reasonable for 2 nights, especially late December!

Lots of noises from other rooms and a really loud sound in the morning which we weren't sure what it was - extractor or something for the pool maybe.

"Fantastic location to stay"

The ease of check in. The location close enough to Haworth to get a taxi without having to wait very long. The room was lovely and very quiet,nice touch with the biscuits in the room, the top ups in reception and the honesty box in the back room. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were so friendly. The swimming pool looked very inviting but we didn't have time as only staying for one night. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing really, apart from last orders was before 10.45 pm on a Saturday, just have to come back earlier next time!

"One night stay."

First impressions were very good, the building is well presented and full of character. The room had a light and airy feel with plenty of space and the ensuite looked good. The bed was large and comfortable.

On closer inspection, there were signs of mould in some of the corners of the room and around the sink and bath in the ensuite. The TV Ariel trunking was hanging off the wall and the TV didn't work (no signal). The heavy curtains covered the radiator effectively insulating it and making the room cold. The noise of other guests talking and doors closing was a disturbance.
