Nice cosy pub , nice clean room . Comfy bed . Great shower. Nice friendly staff. Had a lovely meal in the evening . Good choice for breakfast in the hot and cold menu.

Quite noisy at 7.40 am with barrels being rolled in the cellar . Not the staffs fault .Did supply foam earplugs , which is a nice touch but don’t really drown out any noise . Breakfast chef …. let’s say , wasn’t great at poached eggs 😉 Shame about having to pay for parking , wasn’t expensive and you can get close to the pub . It’s only in the square , 2 mins away .

Stayed here before so easy decision. Brilliant staff and decent food. Good breakfast included. And a great pub in which to watch Leeds get promoted 😀

Breakfast OK, but morning staff miserable

A GOODMORNING WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. we found a cigarette lighter in our bed when reported he said "she must gave been looking for that "no apology. PARKING COST £10 but looking at receipt we've found info that we could have asked for a permit. So we had to come back and renew parking. Miserable really. As we are mobility challenged 74 year old we found it a bit of a bind.

All good, friendly staff comfortable and clean room. Lovely breakfast unfortunately the kitchen was out of action so couldn’t have dinner.

Comfy room but fairly small. Friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast was ok but have had much better

Great central location alongside market square. Room was spacious with lovely decor. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was cooked to order and very tasty. Excellent value for money.

Some outside noise from generator, easily remedied by shutting window.

Shower and toiletries were very good. Location is great. Air plugs supplied due to noise from bar.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. The location is a sports bar/pub and as a result abit noisy.
