Lovely stay at Philbeach, breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Location is great for seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble for Penny, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

"Philbeach Guest House is fantastic"

Our host Penny is a delight. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are beautifully presented with everything you could need. The beds are so comfy & the breakfast is excellent. This Guest house is situated right next to the beach so is perfect for exploring weymouth with everything being on your doorstep. We have stayed here more than once & as long as Penny has vacancies it's exactly where we will be staying each time we visit Weymouth.

There is nothing we do not like about Philbeach Guest House.

"Wonderful I do like being in the Philbeach Guest House."

My Breakfast was excellent Penny is a lovely host and makes sure that all are needs was seen to.

It was a bit cold we should of asked Penny how to put the heating on. The bed was comfortable but the mattress topper could of been turned over I did feel I was on a slop a bit one sided.
