"Wonderful Guest House"

The Ivanhoe is a lovely little guest house in a perfect spot in Bridlington, less than 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The family room we stayed in was perfect; cosy beds, clean bathroom, kettle and mini fridge stocked with water. The owners are brilliant and ensure every breakfast is just the way you like it. They were also very helpful with suggestions for local nature spots and fossil beaches. Great for a stay with family.

Immaculately clean. Extremely comfortable and wonderfully welcoming.

This guesthouse isn’t particularly noticeable as a guesthouse from the outside but once you get inside it is fantastic. If I were driving past I wouldn’t think much of it so it is important guests leave reviews so people book in as it is a splendid experience to stay here.
