Ash Farm Country House

Lovely location tucked away in a rural cul de sac but easy access to major roads and Airport. I opted for the smaller double room which was compact but comfortable. The owners/staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet, while a little expensive, was superb and had everything you could want, all at a high quality. The only downside (nothing to do with the accommodation itself) was not rely on the pub next door - I stayed on a Tuesday and the pub kitchen was closed early and the whole pub shut at 7:30pm.

I loved the living room with the help yourself to a wine bottle - that was a nice touch as we had travelled a long distance and did not get time to go to the shops. I loved the bed - I have never slept in a bed so large and so comfortable. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted

The weather - everything else was perfect

We loved our little stop over at Ash farm! The vintage boutique decor and countryside feel made this stay exceptional! Never have we been offered complimentary sherry nightcaps , lovely gesture ! We had a 4 poster room with a lovely view of the garden, in which we had a lovely nights sleep. The hosts were lovely , very welcoming. I can’t recommend ash farm highly enough. We had to skip breakfast as we had an early start, which was a shame as it smelled lovey.

My only complaint , if I had to make one was that the beautiful cats didn’t want to come and say hello and get a fuss . I was highly disappointed as they really beautiful :)

The room was absolutely beautiful, a real joy to be in. There is a lovely garden with a covered seating area. The location is fantastic, just a short, safe walk through nature to Dunham Massey deer park and with other local footpaths nearby. Really fabulous place.

Such a gorgeous property- an old NT house and a gorgeous outside area undercover that we sat in the evening. Some really lovely touches by the owners who were so welcoming and lovely to chat with- such a gorgeous stay!
