The room and shared lounge and kitchen were well appointed. The use of a washing machine and dryer were are real bonus.

No breakfast, shared kitchen facilities only. More like a rooming house for workers. Single room very small and cramped, walls very thin.

Security was abysmal, actually, non-existent. The front door key attached to front door in key safe and everyone has the passcode. So, people being people, the passcode was routinely left on the dial, and the front door often left open. Each room had its own key, thank goodness. Fire exit was also left open. Fire doors propped open, but that was the least of my concerns. Property is unstaffed, so if anything happened, there's no-one on hand to help. I left early because I felt so unsafe there. I've made a complaint to booking.com.

Appalling check in situation. Will definitely not be staying here again based on my experience and others who had the same issue after I arrived..

Share kitchen was never clean. Not enough tea towels, Cleaning products etc. fridge was full of leftovers and nothing labelled. No instructions for dish washer so dishes left around sink
