The room is comfortable and the location is great. It's a big hotel.

The shower drain was clogged and it filled the bathroom with water. During room cleaning, we asked them to unclog it but, they didn't do a good job and moreover, they took away the towels and didn't give any fresh ones. The coffee cups and coffee sachets were also not replaced. When I called the room service for this, the guy for irritated st me for reporting it. Ridiculous.

Smrad iz ventilacijskog sustava, nedovoljno čiste sobe, doručak nedovoljno maštovit, loš i siromašan izbor za večeru u reastoranu, vanjski tuš uz bazen nije u funkciji

Staff gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze dell'ospite. Struttura di notevole impatto. Grande parcheggio facile e gratuito. Presenza di colonnine di ricarica Tesla che, nel mio caso, sono molto utili!

Le finestre in camera che non si possono aprire completamente (ma so che è per motivi di sicurezza).
