Lovely bedroom, great views and tasty breakfast

A great location overlooking the sea and cliffs. High above the harbour etc. Very spacious, well furnished with a well-stocked kitchen area. It was great value for money and ideally located for us walking the South West Coast Path as it is literally on the path!

The heating came on rather late for us as we got there around 5pm and it was a little cold until the flat warmed up. It got very cosy later in the evening though.

Excellent location, great sea views and very cosy. The hosts were very welcoming and send helpful instructions ahead of arrival. Easy checking in and out. Had everything we needed and in walking distance of local shops and restaurants. It was only a short stay for us this time but we’d love to revisit in the future.

We had a lovely two days in Linton and Lynmouth and North Walk House was perfect for a quiet weekend away for me and my wife. We were really well looked after and the room had wonderful sea views as did the drawing room juts across the corridor. Everything is in walking distance including the cliff top walk, literally starts right outside the house. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.
