Club Jandía Princess

The room was clean and comfortable enough for sleeping, although it was very basic. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing.

The biggest issue was the restaurant. Many of the plates were visibly dirty, with food residue still left on them. The food itself was below average and typical of a low-quality all-inclusive Spanish resort. The all-inclusive package was poor value. The selection of drinks included was very limited, and you had to pay extra for many beverages. We even ordered premium cocktails once, and one of them was served without any alcohol. Service at the bar was inconsistent—on two occasions we ordered exactly the same drinks (one Mojito and one Piña Colada), yet we were charged different prices each time. Most of the staff, particularly in the bar, seemed poorly trained, and communication in English was very limited. Entertainment was almost non-existent. There was only one bar, which was old, dirty, and offered very little atmosphere or drink selection. The hotel’s location is also a drawback. It is very isolated and in a very windy area. If you want to go anywhere outside the resort, you need to take a taxi or a bus. Overall, I would not return and would not recommend this hotel.

Sobre todo, lo bien organizado que tienen las zonas para las diferentes edades. Y como no, la ubicación es espléndida, en una de las playas más bonitas de Canarias.
