Todo muy bien, la ubicación estuvo excelente y el personal muy amable. En cuanto al desayuno solo los chilaquiles estaban un poco duros.

La señal de internet muy lenta y se iba y venía, hay que mejorar este aspecto.

"Express, no cómodo"

El desayuno bien, aceptable.

Llegamos al hotel y la habitación que nos dieron tenia un olor muy feo a drenaje, la habitación muy bien con balcón, clima, todo excelente pero el olor horrible, me cambiaron de habitación pero nos dieron una igual con 2 camas pero sin clima, no me percate inmediatamente que no tenia clima si no hasta que mis hijos se bañaron y buscaban el control para prender el clima y la sorpresa que no tenia :( ,viajaba con mis hijos 7 y 8 años , fue complicada la noche porque estamos acostumbrados a dormír con clima, pedimos otro ventilador y no los dieron pero no fue suficiente, fue una noche bastante incomoda. No me salí del hotel porque llegamos en la noche y ya estabamos todos acomodados,. Yo reserve por booking.

Casi todo

Solo un pequeño detalle, por el lavabo el piso un poco sucio. No se si ya esta manchado y no se limpia o de plano sucio
