La ubicación es perfecta para llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad, la atención de ambos recepcionistas super buena, así como la del Sr. de vigilancia. La vista desde la habitación que nos toco, super bonita.

La atención del personal del desayuno, estuvieron con caras, de malas, no permiten que uno se sirva porque no es buffet, pero también se molestan si se les solicita más comida. La comida en general regular, los huevos, estaban sin suficiente sal, medio crudos por partes. Es algo en lo que deben poner más atención.

La amabilidad del personal.

El cuarto que nos proporcionaron estaba muy escondido, mucha humedad, el baño estaba enfrente de la cama provocaba mas humedad, llegando encontré dos chinches, solo las mate. La regadera tiene muy poca salida de agua y no se templa bien, cae para todos lados es muy pequeña.

Comodo la cama excelente a excepción de almohadas incomodas

Las almohadas muy altas y mucha luz no se cubre la luz de afuera queda iluminada la habitación eso no nos gustó seria bueno checaran esos detalles por favor de ahi en fuera todo excelente

El desayuno, creo que por ser un lugar de Veracruz el desayuno debe de ser mas regional, ahí fue donde no me convencio tanto.

El desayuno no va con el estado tan rico en gastronomía.
