Eco Village Mission Beach

Lovely lush tropical setting. Great to have kitchen facilities and utensils. Perfect location. The negatives: the design of the bathroom was frustrating- with an large overhead shower- head which sprayed everywhere. Without any shower screen, the water went everywhere and it was difficult to get your feet dry. That room would be so much more comfortable with a king sized bed- my partner is over 6 ft 1” Otherwise, the room itself was nice and roomy - especially if there are only two of you.

We found this little gem on Expedia, the photos of it do not give it justice. It is set in lush forest like setting, a pool in the centre and a 2-3 min walk to the beach. Villas are very spacious and clean. Restaurant on site was nice and other restaurants close by, you could walk (about 10 min) or drive (couple minutes down the road).

Great resort in well kept tropical gardens! Well planned for room privacy! Good size comfortable room! Great food in restaurant! Wifi was useless which was annoying!

Beautiful location, lovely accommodation. The rainforest protected us from the ocean winds but the beach was only metres from our door. The facilities were clean and well presented. There was great attention to detail in the cabins and they felt luxurious. We wanted to stay for longer but alas we had to continue on our journey...

We loved our visit to the Eco Village in Mission Beach will definitely go back. We did have trouble drying the 2 towels we were given for two nights stay. (Weather was not on our side) Would have been nice to have been given clean towels each day. Room was large and outdoor setting was private and absolutely beautiful We dined in the restaurant and highly recommend people to eat there.

Restaurant meal was good value and high quality meal in beachside setting.

We stayed at the Eco Village in late April and were disappointed with the facilities. There was no restaurant or bar operating and the staff were not very helpful. We ended up spending most of our time at Castaways and wished we had booked there instead.
