"Only stay here if no other options"

The location and the view. The fridge was useful as there was no water available. Transfers from airport worked well and tours started from our hotel and were really good.

Rooms were very basic, new towels every 3 days. Lack of basic toiletries. Service levels lacking. Roaming dogs not welcome at breakfast.

Lo que mas me gusto fue lo cómodo que era el hotel, la limpieza mantenida, las lindas vistas y que tengan acercamiento al aeropuerto.

"Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel"

La seule chose de bien pour cet établissement c'est sa situation géographique le personnel (femme de ménage) très gentil mais pas l'accueil ce qui est très étonnant car à Rapa Nui tout le monde est gentil

j'avais demandé un transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel personne n'est venu, nous étions plusieurs voyageurs dans ce cas l'accueil ensuite a été déplorable, la chambre que j'avais réservée n'était pas libre avant le lendemain on m'a donné une chambre pour la 1er nuit ou tout était abimé rouillé tout autour des tuyauteries de la salle de bain, les boiseries partaient en lambeaux, le lendemain il a fallu que j'attende 2h devant l'accueil et demander le manager pour avoir la chambre que j'avais réservée bien mieux plus grande avec un peu moins de rouille dans la salle de bain ...je ne demandais que ce pourquoi j'avais payé Le petit déjeuné une catastrophe , des produits très bas de gamme L'hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux photos très très vétuste

La limpieza, los servicios que ofrece el hotel como el wifi, y el acercamiento al aeropuerto y que el desayuno haya estado bueno, aunque básico pero estuvo bueno

Contaba con unas áreas verdes bien cuidadas, las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, el desayuno fresco y bastante completo

Tenia detalles en el piso pero eran mínimos

El desayuno estaba bueno, básico pero bueno, las vistas muy lindas, y que se mantenga la limpieza de la habitación me gusto mucho.
