Le Palais Juliana

I would give a four or five stars, if they can keep up with the cleanliness of the property.the rooms are clean but the outside have so much dust, I feel that the owners need to hire more help, since labor is very cheap to keep the pool clean and the hallway clean. I have no complaints with the staff, the location of the hotel is very nice, the hotel itself is very pretty, only the upkeep is not very good.

A short ride into town with hotel shuttle, and the grounds were beautifully lush and tropical. Beautiful large swimming pool.

The hotel manager should ask the City to repair the road in front of the hotel.

The place and area it self is amazing. Its like home away from home. So peacfull and all the staff and most specially Mr. Oscar he very accomodating and very helpful. Restaurant is perfect. Swimmingpool so relaxing. Very recomendable.

The staff made our stay out of this world especially Oscar and Pansa. From the moment we made our booking they bent over backwards to ensure our every need was met. As they all waved us off when we left we had tears in our eyes. The location was great. Although 7 minutes out of town the hotel provides free shuttle runs 3 times a day. It is on the way to the Si Kuang falls and other tourist spots so very convenient for sightseeing. And of course being out of town it is oh so tranquil. The pool is large if a little cool so a great place to relax. Although it does not have the facilities of other 5 star hotels the price is considerably lower so it is great value for money.

The breakfast was a la carte and we were provided with a huge tray which I didn't have the will power to resist.

A lot of trees with forest and mountain view. The staff was so friendly and helpful eventhough it seemed that there were not too many staff but I got great service. I ordered the hamburger for my dinner and the fish dish for my breakfast. Their food were very good! There is also a very big swimming pool but I did not use it as it was quite cold during my stay so just enjoyed it as a view from my room. Will come back to this hotel next time.
