Property Notes

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie. One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds. A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December. WiFi is available in the lobby Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib. You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta. All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands. The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

Piscina de adultos muy agradable pero faltaba un baño cerca que no tenia

Definitivamente la operacion de los ascensores es un punto negativo por que siempre tenian un desperfecto y el hotel esta construido en una ladera. Por otro lado creo que uno de los puntos mas complicados para nosotros com pareja fue la comodidad de las camas y sus almohadas, creo que no logramos el descanso que buscabamos, ese fue otro punto en contra.

"Very remote- far from airport, nice views! Friendly staff - great beach"

Stunning views and location, beach bus was great and regular, there is a bar at the beach that is ai for hotel guests. All the staff seemed friendly and warm, room cleaned everyday, like the flamboyant bloke at reception he was so so lovely. Pool bar staff werent the happiest but you can pull your own drinks etc always loads of beds available - adult pool upstairs was so quiet and calm also able to pull your own drinks Loads of water sports at beach also - about 12e two sunbeds and a parasol.

sooo far from airport 75E each way The entertainment was the worst I have ever seen after travelling for 40 years all over the world, ridiculous games like putting a cup on a guest with a string around it, musical chairs on stage, poor bingo, it was that bad it was laughable, the animaiton team were around 20ish and just messed about all the time and didnt engage with children just ran around playing around with each other very very poor, cant get water anywhere unless you use the pump - about 3e a small bottle in the shop that hardly ever opems, Music at the sunset bar sends you under!

Wir hatten ein zwei tolle Zimmer, gut gelegen zum Pool, nettes Personal

Wege sind Recht lang wenn man sich etwas anschauen will aber so ist es halt.

Tranquilidad de la zona. Amabilidad del personal. Vistas

Ubicado en lo alto sin zonas de parking, hay que caminar casi 20 minutos cuesta arriba sin sombra cada vez que salgas. La calidad de la comida y bebida es mejorable.

El personal de recepción y seguridad excelente, la comida con mucho sabor y el personal de comedor muy ordenado, la animación superada

El aparcamiento es pequeño, no es criticable, tanto que el espacio es lo que hay, la zona para aparcar fuera del hotel está muy lejos…
